1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using GEO Optimizer (accessible via https://geooptimizer.tech), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not access or use our services.

2. Description of Service

GEO Optimizer provides technical Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) diagnostic tools, readiness scoring algorithms, structured data (Schema.org JSON-LD) validation, robots.txt AI bot directive inspections, prioritized fix recommendations, and optional continuous monitoring services.

The platform operates on a “Tool-First” self-serve architecture consisting of free diagnostic scans, optional one-time Fix Pack unlocks ($9), and recurring automated monitoring subscriptions ($19/mo).

4. User Obligations & Acceptable Use

When using GEO Optimizer, you agree not to:

• Submit private IP addresses (e.g., 10.0.0.0/8, 192.168.0.0/16, 127.0.0.1) or attempt Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF) against internal networks.
• Use automated scrapers, headless bots, or high-frequency request scripts to flood or degrade service availability for other users.
• Submit URLs containing illegal content, malware, spyware, phishing scams, or material violating Google Publisher Policies.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the proprietary scoring heuristics without express written permission.

5. Purchases, Fix Packs & Subscriptions

• One-Time Fix Pack ($9): Unlocks custom-tailored JSON-LD schema snippets, exact robots.txt rules, step-by-step developer implementation instructions, and a 1-click live recheck verification credit for a single audited domain.
• Continuous Monitoring ($19/mo): An ongoing monthly subscription providing weekly automated re-audits, change-detection diffs, regression alerts, and competitor visibility tracking.
• Refund Policy: Because our diagnostic reports and code generation snippets are delivered immediately upon confirmation of payment, digital purchases are generally non-refundable once the report has been generated. If you encounter a technical failure where a paid report fails to render, contact support for a prompt refund or re-scan credit.
• Cancellation: You may cancel recurring continuous monitoring subscriptions at any time via your account portal. Cancellation stops future billing cycles while maintaining access through the end of the paid billing month.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The design, logos, visual identity, proprietary scoring formulas, and documentation on geooptimizer.tech are the exclusive property of GEO Optimizer. All rights reserved. Generated code snippets (such as suggested JSON-LD blocks) are licensed to you under a perpetual, non-exclusive license to deploy freely on your own websites.

7. Limitation of Liability & “AS IS” Warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GEO OPTIMIZER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF REVENUE, PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through confidential binding arbitration or competent courts.
